This wiki is dedicated to the multiplayer, all text game, BuffyMUD. As the mechanics and other aspects of the game are either undocumented or inconsistently so, all of the information here should be considered potentially flawed in some way, but the community has pooled some of its knowledge and experiences here. All members should feel free to correct inconsistent and erroneous data.
Changed the main page a little and the forum completely. Template:News and Template:What We Need must be edited for now in order to change what's displayed in those fields on the main page. --Amatsuka 07:58, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
Logging in should change the font to white if it's not displaying that way for you otherwise. --Amatsuka 04:09, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Yasmine Six's character page is up and I changed the style of the site a little bit after getting some feedback from people who thought the prior colors were drab. You should be able to see the background through the page now as well which I think gives the site more flavour since it's not really possible to texture the actual page portion of the site AFAIK. The forum sections now have some picture headings as well. --Amatsuka 18:32, September 8, 2011 (UTC)
Though I'm sure someone can make a prettier and more impressive page than I can, I've tossed up the Asylum as an example player location. Please feel free to add your own or fill out details about the stock locations in game. --Amatsuka 22:06, June 28, 2011 (UTC)
So, first of all, we have a forum now! Exciting. You can find the link to it along the top of every page. Second of all, to help encourage the community aspect, I'll be working on some new organizational pages for characters, circles, and local business pages to give them a little more prominence. I'll eventually throw up examples in the form of my own character and business. --Amatsuka 04:12, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
What We Need
Feel free to cross off any of the listed requests if you've made a page concerning it!
Improving and correcting any of the old help files, especially the larger and more referenced ones is always helpful though eventually it will be ideal to phase them all out in favour of pages more suited to this format.
Many pages could use organizational and aesthetic improvement.
Many helpfiles can be consolidated instead of having information spread amoung several, paragraph length pages.
Basically all the categories could use descriptions or work on their descriptions
