Certain concepts make sense to be of a certain power level, to see all
the concepts and their power levels please read help concept chart.
If your concept is above or below their level bracket you should either
change this concept, or add things to it that will bring it up or down
for a list of ways to modify your concept's power level see help concept
modifiers.
For a guideline as for what stats your concept probably should have, please
read help concept stats.
