'fine' - Causes the target player to lose some money.
'disorient' - Afflicts the target with disorientation.
'counter' - Targets another player, and will usually thwart the
highest event on the event list belonging to that person
upon completion.
'fire-rain' - Causes a rain of fire.
'storm' - Causes a fierce electrical storm.
'hail' - Causes a hail storm.
'quake' - Causes an earthquake.
'wrath' - Inflicts damage on the target whenever they go outside.
message can be customised with the message desc
'weaken' - Weakens a target, making them do less damage in PK.
'enhance' - Enhances yourself, making you do more damage in PK.
'magic-immunity' - Makes you immune to magic.
'demon-immunity' - Makes you immune to demon powers.
'swarm' - Causes a swarm of aggresive creatures named with event target
to flood the mud.
'convert' - Temporarily reverses the alignement of the target,
turning a good char evil, or an evil char good.
'humanise' - Temporarily changes the target's race to Human.
'demonise' - Temporarily changes the target's race to Demon.
'vampirise' - Temporarily changes the target's race to Vampire.
'defame' - Cause a reputation drop in the target's circle.
'invisibility' - Causes a long term invisibility on the
target, can be self-targeted.
'mute' - Causes fairly long term muteness in the target.
'blind' - Causes fairly long term blindness in the target.
'sicken' - Causes fairly long term sickness in the target.
'invincibility' - Renders you temporarily invincible
Note: This manifests in a way that is NOT of use leveling.
'apocolypse' - Bring about the end of the world.
'anti-apocolypse' - Undoes an apocolypse if someone manages
to complete one.
'eclipse' - Permanantly blacks out the sun.
'anti-eclipse' - Undoes an eclipse event.
'silence' - Renders the entire town temporarily mute.
'bounty' - Sets a high bounty on the targets head, causing
many mobs to attack them on sight.
'mark' - Sets a message into a persons description, can only
be removed with an equal or higher power 'cure' event.
'invisible-mark' Sets a message into a person's research info,
can only be removed with an equal or higher power 'cure' event.
'cure' - Removes any marks or invisible marks on a player that
were inflicted by an equal or lesser power event.
'message' - Sends a person random messages, each new line in the
description constitutes a new message.
'global-damage' - Operates similarly to fire rain and other like
events, except with a customised message which appears like
You are hurt by <message>
