You character is constantly facing in a certain direction
this can be changed by typing look <direction> and will
automatically change as you move around, this is important
because you can see several rooms in the direction you
are facing, but none at all in the opposite direction.
Also when in a fight you and your oppoent always face
each other, so if you are facing south, then they are
south of you, which would mean the best way to flee
from them would be north
