The third daughter of Gerald and Taylor Winters. Neve was identified as a Potential Slayer and trained for a year in Martial Arts and in Physical Conditioning. Activated the Third of October, 2017, she spent only a few weeks in the Slayer role, before she and her Watcher were retaliated against by a group of Vampires. After fending them off at her home, the Vampires sought her out at school.

This tragic incident cost Neve the life one of her sisters, and shortly after she fled Seattle without giving a word to anyone, choosing to go to Sunnydale to renounce her Destiny and live a normal life for as long as she could.
